Allen (Al) Ingram is a Program Assistant for RiseUp Partnership. In his role, Al assists in coordinating and organizing mentor programs and youth assessments. He also provides one-on-one services to youth outside of the mentoring program.

Al spent the early part of his career working in retail and manufacturing, and he is excited to transition into a role where he gets to work for and with the youth of Goodhue County. He approaches this work with a strong sense of empathy, and he credits the empathetic adults in his youth with helping to propel him to where he is today.

Al lives in Red Wing. He is a father of four children, and he is passionate about approaching his work with RiseUp Partnership with the same patience and intentionality that he brings to parenting.
