Brian Peterson (he/him)

Brian Peterson is a retired planning director for the City of Red Wing and a charter member of the RiseUp Partnership Board. His life path was heavily influenced by the educators and caring adults who guided him, and he is committed to helping to create opportunities for Goodhue County youth. 

Brian was a contributor to the Comprehensive Plan: Red Wing 2040, which received an award in 2019 from the Minnesota Chapter of the American Planning Association. Now retired, Brian serves as a mentor for RiseUp Partnership, and he and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their five grandchildren.
