Dave Gratz
Board President

Dave Gratz is the Board President of RiseUp Partnership. He joined the Board of RiseUp Partnership in 2017 because he wanted the opportunity to positively impact the youth in the community by connecting them with caring adults. 

Dave is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Red Wing Shoe Company. He has also served as a Scott County Reserve Deputy as treasurer, squad leader, and board chairperson. He lives in Prior Lake  with his family, and he and his wife have one grandchild.
