Jeimmy Yusy Rojas (she/her)
Director of Cradle to Career Initiatives

Jeimmy Yusy Rojas is the Director of Cradle to Career Initiatives at RiseUp Partnership. In her role, Jeimmy serves as a bridge between the local schools and the communities they serve, and she collaborates to expand student leadership opportunities in Goodhue County.

Prior to joining RiseUp Partnership, Jeimmy served as the cultural liaison for Goodhue County Education District (GCED) and Red Wing Public Schools. In this role, she adapted programming and resources for non-English speaking students and families, and she supported multicultural engagement through the creation of inclusive spaces in the school district. She is passionate about equity and leaving a positive impact in her community, and she is proud to have created space to celebrate Hispanic achievements in GCED. 

Jeimmy grew up in Bogotá, Colombia. She holds a B.A. in management and environmental studies and a postgraduate specialization in natural resource management from the University District of Bogotá. She lives in Red Wing with her husband, their two cats, and their rescue dog. She enjoys hiking and traveling, especially to Colombia to visit family and friends.
