Jenna Collins is the Director of Programs for RiseUp Partnership. She oversees our youth-focused services, including mentoring and independent living skills. Prior to stepping into the Director of Programs role, Jenna Served as the High School Mentoring Coordinator and Mentoring Program Manager for RiseUp Partnership.

Jenna’s passion for youth advocacy stems from her own experiences growing up, where she saw firsthand the impact of caring and involved adults who helped her pursue her goals. She approaches this work with a sense of humor and a commitment to creating support structures for youth who need it.

Jenna holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She lives with her family in Red Wing and enjoys camping and spending time outdoors.
