High School Mentoring Coordinator
Jennifer Tift is a High School Mentoring Coordinator for RiseUp Partnership. Since 2020, she has helped build relationships between mentors and the youth they serve by coordinating mentoring sessions and interfacing with other youth-serving organizations in the community.
A graduate of Red Wing High School, Jennifer is proud to work alongside the community to improve the outcomes for the youth of Goodhue County. In the fall of 2020, she coordinated the Community Distance Education Assistance Program (CDEAP) to assist students in Red Wing who needed support with distance learning during the pandemic. Jennifer is passionate about working within the community to enact systemic change that supports youth and families.
Jennifer holds an M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Psychology from Drake University. She and her husband live in Red Wing with their children and their two rescue labs.
