Kasi Nelson (she/her)

Kasi Nelson is a 6th grade science teacher at Twin Bluffs Middle School. She joined the RiseUp Partnership Board in 2024 because she was inspired by the opportunity to support youth both inside and outside of the classroom. She is passionate about ensuring that the youth in the community feel appreciated, included, and empowered. 

Kasi lives with her husband, who is a teacher at Tower View Alternative High School, and their two sons. She enjoys running, singing, and teaching Zumba.
