Executive Director
As the Executive Director of RiseUp Partnership, Mandy oversees the strategic planning and operation of the agency in support of the organizational mission and goals.
Mandy brings a wealth of experience to RiseUp Partnership’s mission. Prior to stepping into the Executive Director role, Mandy served as a Program Director and Independent Living Skills Coordinator for RiseUp Partnership. She is adept at practicing shared leadership models and believes that a community of engaged and caring adults can shape the future for the youth of RiseUp.
Mandy holds a B.A. in Psychology from California Southern University. In 2019, she received the Elks Distinguished Citizenship Award for Outstanding and Meritorious Services to Humanity from the Red Wing, MN Elks Lodge 845 in recognition of her work in the Red Wing community. She and her husband live in Red Wing with their four children.
