Rachel Dopkins is the Middle School Program Assistant for RiseUp Partnership, where she supports the after-school program at the middle school. In her role, she  works to ensure that every program participant is supported through their middle school journey through homework help, mentoring, and SEL education.   

She is passionate about working with middle schoolers to unleash their potential and pursue their goals, and she brings humor and warmth to her role as she supports middle school programming. Rachel graduated from Red Wing High School in 2023, and previously served as a mentor with RiseUp Partnership. 

Rachel is currently enrolled at Minnesota State College, where she is pursuing a degree in social work. She lives in Red Wing with her gecko and two dogs, and she loves to write and perform music in her spare time.
